Account Management
While creating an account makes future shopping easier by saving your address and order history, it's not required. You can check out as a guest and simply provide your shipping details during the checkout process.

Visit our "How to Measure" page for step-by-step instructions on taking accurate body measurements. Each product page includes a detailed size chart specific to that item. If you're between sizes or uncertain, select "Custom Size" at checkout, and share your measurements using our simple measurement form.
We offer Infinity Sizing with 69 standard size combinations:
- Bust sizes from 26" to 70" and beyond
- Waist sizes from 19" to 63" and beyond
- All Heights accommodated

Yes, we offer both size and style customization:

Style Customization: Simply tap the "Customize" button on any product page to modify sleeves, fabric, length, neckline, and other design elements. Our team will assess the feasibility and may apply additional charges depending on the modifications requested.
Yes! Short sleeves (3-4 inches) can be added to many of our sleeveless styles, subject to design limitations. Simply tap the "Customize" button on the product page and select your preferred sleeve option. Our customization section makes it easy to personalize sleeve length, fabric choice, garment length, and neckline.

- Line dry in shade
- Avoid dry cleaning, bleaching, wringing, or tumble drying

- Wash natural-dyed items separately with minimal detergent as colors may bleed

Plus Sizes: Yes, with our Infinity Sizing approach, all our styles are available in plus sizes up to 70" bust and 63" waist and beyond. We genuinely accommodate all body types.
Maternity Wear: Yes, we offer maternity-friendly designs that can be customized to your measurements.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE worldwide shipping with no minimum order value. We deliver to most countries except Russia, Bangladesh, Ghana, Pakistan, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Myanmar, and Ukraine.
We ship via trusted couriers like DHL and FedEx for international orders, and FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post, and Delhivery for domestic orders within India.
Orders typically deliver within 10-12 business days from placement. Each product page displays an estimated delivery date. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also:

Yes, all shipments are insured and sent via trusted couriers. If a package is lost during transit, we'll replace the order or provide a refund upon request.
You can change your shipping address before your order ships by contacting our customer service team. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address after an order has been dispatched.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply according to your country's import regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.

Prices shown in currencies other than INR are for reference only and fluctuate based on current exchange rates. The actual amount charged includes applicable foreign exchange rates and transaction charges calculated by the payment gateway, not by SeamsFriendly.
Yes, you can partially pay with store credit and cover the remaining balance with another payment method. However, partial payment with Cash on Delivery isn't available.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase due to quality concerns, or manufacturing defects, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns based on personal preference reasons.

For cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order, we offer a full refund. For cancellations after 24 hours, we handle requests case-by-case depending on production status and may deduct a 10% cancellation fee. Contact our customer service team to request a cancellation.
We do not accept returns:
- If communicated after 14 days of receiving the shipment
- For items with removed tags or labels
- For returns based on personal preference reasons (e.g., "I don't like it" or "It doesn't look good on me")
- If the cloth bag (Potli) is not returned
- If items are shipped back without receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us
- For custom-sized and customized items unless there's a fault on our end
