I have paid the shipping charges. Why am I being asked to pay more?Updated 2 years ago

Free Worldwide Shipping (Limited Period Offer)

Shipping costs are the cost of shipping an item from one country to another. It is paid to our courier partners to get your items to your doorstep, safely.

Custom Duty is something that is over and above the shipping cost. They are charges for import tax of goods levied by the customs authorities of the importing country.

Every time when an item crosses an international border, it is subject to these charges by the importing country rules and regulations. They may vary according to the rules of different countries depending on the item, item value, quantity, end-use, materials or methods used to make the item, and is solely at the discretion of the duty officer.
