How do I find out the price of the products in my currency?

That's easy! You can simply change the store currency from the option available at the top left corner on desktop. On mobile, this can be done by scrolling down to the currency widget in the sidebar navigation.

How long will the refund process take?

We initiate the refund from our end as soon as we send you a refund confirmation email. However, the time it takes to reflect in your account is dependent on banks and local laws.

I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

We process the refund within 24 hours of sending the confirmation mail to you. However, the bank may take up to 10 working days to credit the amount in your account.

Will I get a refund of the duty paid if I return the product?

Custom Duty/Customs Charges are country-specific charges and are charged as per the rules of the Local Government. It is something that is beyond our control. Thus, the refund of Custom Duty/Customs Charges will not be possible.

Yes, of course. You can pay partially via store credit, and the balance using your preferred mode of payment. Note: Part payment by COD isn’t possible.

Do I need to register with PayPal to make payment through it?

No, it is not a compulsion to register with PayPal. You can use PayPal as a Guest. Guest accounts are used by credit/debit card holder who wants to use the PayPal gateway just as a service provider.
